The basic function of the Service Technician position is to provide mobile fryer management services to existing commercial kitchen customers on an established route.
The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to safely and efficiently operate the van, mobile filtration Unit (MFU) and related equipment.
Service Technician Overview
Must have VALID DRIVER's LICENSE and good driving history
The ability to pass a drug test and background check
Must be safety conscious, organized and focused on cleanliness
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and push or pull up to 300 lbs. assisted with the proper equipment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time while working.
Ability to work Monday - Friday during the day.
Hours for this position vary between 5a-6p
Education: A high school education or G.E.D
Fluent in English
Work will be in commercial kitchens located within the Kansas City metro area at restaurants, stadiums, hospitals, hotels, and any locations with deep fryers. This position handles hot cooking grease so safety is a high priority. Proper safety equipment and paid training will be provided.

Full training is provided with the local Franchise Owner and online through Filta University.
