The Latino Arts Festival celebrated the Latino art and culture of Kansas City for the third year in a row.
On Sept. 7, the Latino Arts Foundation hosted its annual festival that featured the works of artists looking to influence, educate and celebrate family and community through the arts. It was a free event, open to the public.
This year, the festival was held at Bethany Park in Kansas City, Kan., once the Central Avenue Dotteversity Parade, also held that day, ended. Before the parade, Mission Adelante and Adelante Thrift hostes the Dream KCK 5K race.
These events brought together families for a day full of activities, including good sportsmanship, music performances, art, custom cars, and a food festival.
Día lleno de actividades en la Avenida Central de KCK
El Festival de las Artes Latinas celebró el arte y la cultura latinos de Kansas City por tercer año consecutivo.
El 7 de septiembre, la Latino Arts Foundation organizó su festival anual que presentó las obras de artistas que buscan influir, educar y celebrar a la familia y la comunidad a través de las artes. Fue un evento gratuito, abierto al público.
Este año, el festival se celebró en Bethany Park en Kansas City, Kansas, una vez que finalizó el Desfile de Dotteversida de Central Avenue, que también se celebró ese día. Antes del desfile, Mission Adelante y Adelante Thrift presentan la carrera Dream KCK 5K.
