On June 8, Valle Multiservice and Insurance celebrated the grand opening of its Olathe, Kansas, location.
Established by California-born Rachel Valle, the company has ties to J.C Harmon High School. It was while attending the Kansas City, Kansas, high school that Valle developed her skills and nurtured her desire to help people, she said.
“I decided to start my own business when I realized that I loved helping people and going above and beyond for them,” Valle said. “It was a little hard to do that when I worked for others.”
The name Valle Multiservice and Insurance holds special significance for its owner and her family.
“The name came from … (my) last name,” Valle said. “Growing up, I had a last name that did not mean much to me because I never met my father, and now that I (am) married and we all share the same last name, it made me feel proud to have a last name that finally means something to me.”
The business that bears the name of Valle and her family offers a range of services, including auto, commercial and home insurance. Additionally, it provides motor vehicle licensing-related services, acting as a one-stop shop for tags, permits, renewals and titles. The business also offers public notary services and translation assistance for paperwork.
The Olathe branch is the company’s second location. Its primary location is situated at 611 Central Ave. in Kansas City, Kansas.
Valle would probably credit the expansion to the business’ customers. Customers mean the world to Valle, she said.
“I always want to be able to help, and when I can’t help, I really take it personally because I don’t like to disappoint anyone,” she said.
When asked to describe herself, Valle said she’s peaceful, brave, cheerful, helpful and thankful. Related to being thankful, Valle said:
“I want to thank all my family, especially my husband, for always supporting my dreams and encouraging me to pursue them; my clients for trusting in me that I can help them, and allowing me to; and to my staff, who make it all possible. I truly do love and appreciate you all.”
