NewYears

*Motivate yourself: If you’re making progress toward accomplishing your goal, reward yourself. It doesn’t have to be something expensive. It can be a candy or something that improves your mood and keeps you motivated to work toward accomplishing what you desire.

*Enjoy the process: The accomplishment of New Year’s Resolution is a process. Don’t get overwhelmed by trying to pursue your goal. Enjoy it. Keep in mind that working hard always brings you a nice reward and that, once you see the results, you’ll feel happy and successful.
