Si desea terminar la escuela , ponerse en forma , ganar más dinero o conseguir un ascenso, es importante que establezca metas para usted mismo, a partir de hoy.
Una buena manera de empezar es mirando hacía el futuro y ver el “cuadro completo”, después puede empezar a ver su futuro por categorías, tales como financieros, físicos y de la carrera. Eso puede ayudarle a desarrollar metas a corto plazo para lograr su objetivo a largo plazo – y realizar un plan a seguir para alcanzarlos.
Al mismo tiempo tenga metas realistas – metas que usted sabe que puede lograr con trabajo duro y dedicación; escríbalas y establezca prioridades. Eso ayudará a mantener el rumbo y le ayudará a entenderse a si mismo.
Y, por último , recuerde siempre de perseverar hasta conseguir lo que quiere; trabajando duro y manteniéndose motivado.

Knowing what you want and setting goals to get it

If you want to finish school, get in shape, earn more money or get promoted, it’s important that you set goals for yourself, starting today.
A good way to start is by looking into the future and seeing the “big picture.” Then, you can start to view your future by categories, such as financial, physical and career. That can help you develop short-term goals to achieve your long-term goal – and a plan to follow to reach your objectives.
At the same time, have realistic goals – goals you know you can achieve with hard work and dedication. Write them down and set priorities. That’ll help you stay on track and help you understand yourself.
And finally, always remember to persevere until you achieve what you want. Work hard and stay motivated.
