Mariachi Sol de Mexico performing at Carlsen Center

Mariachi Sol de Mexico is visiting the Kansas City area.
As part of Johnson County (Kan.) Community College’s 2017-18 performance season, Mariachi Sol de Mexico will perform at 8 p.m. Nov. 11 at the Carlsen Center.
For more than 30 years, the group has performed to sold-out audiences throughout the world as ambassadors of mariachi music. Formed by internationally recognized musician, composer and educator Jose Hernandez, Mariachi Sol de Mexico began performing during the early 1980s. The group went on to break many barriers in Latin music, such as becoming the first mariachi ensemble to be nominated for a Grammy.
Tickets can be purchased online without any additional charge. Admission is half-price for ages 18 and younger, and parking is free.

Mariachi Sol de México estará visitando el área de Kansas City.
