Mid-Continent Public Library to present new flamenco show ‘Orígenes’

Mid-Continent Public Library will present its new program, “Orígenes” on April 3 at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodneath Auditorium. “Orígenes” will explore the influences of flamenco from the time of the Moors in 711 to the modern influences of today with 45 Grados Flamenco. This multimedia performance will include music, dance and songs interspersed with photographs and historical information about the dance. Attendance at this event, aimed at adults, is free, but registration is required on the Library’s website: www.mymcpl.org/events/95553/origenes
